All staff members have been great. Clean and professional. My P.A. is fantastic and very attentive to my needs. She listens to me and addresses how I feel. They also offer so many helpful departments to assist in my needs.

It's a one stop shop. During my visit I was able to see the doctor, do my lab work, and my x-ray. The staff is courteous. Service was fast too.

I love the assistants and doctors here, they are fast working, reliable, organize and you can entrust your concern with them because they are good listener, caring, empathy and they are perfectly competent. The front desk agents are kind considerate, fast and comprehensive. This clinic are newly renovated, very clean and has an amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

My son and I both have primary care here. Any Dr we have seen has been great. The nurses are always smiling and that makes for a pleasant visit.

I have not had a bad experience at this clinic. They treated me so kind. No wait time may be a little on the phone but this is the big clinic you gotta have patience they’re doing the best. They can so show them some respect and I love my Dr.

I've been going here a few years. I generally don't feel like I get the best care, but I wouldn't blame doctors or nurses for their long hours. I do wish it was easier to get there, I live in Ephrata. I would be very happy if there were an after-hours pharmacy. Like a vending machine where I could pick up my prescriptions when I actually have time. They have those in Tokyo.

I love Dr Fife!!! He is the best. From desk needs to be more mindful when they ask about your information. I don’t want people know my insurance carrier and other details.
